"I don't know what kind of car we were in, not a Mercedes. Driver was on time, we got to Gatwick fairly quickly, but our pick-up time was 5:30 a.m , so not alot of traffic yet. We would have been fully satisfied except the company coerced an extra £10 on top of our £117 fare because a tube/rail strike scheduled for that day was going to mean heavy traffic. Because of that, we won't use them again."
