We didn't recieve the minibus, instead 2 taxi's which was fine but not what we were expecting! The kids were dissapointed that we weren't all together. It would've been good to know this in advance, my 8 year old nephew is autistic and was upset.
The driver was not aware that we had paid £17 deposit and tried to charge us the full cost, I had to go through my phone to find the confirmtion to prove we had already paid part of the trip... not an ideal situation."
